Sound Bath Healing

At Panacea Vita, healing is not about doing more—it’s about allowing the body to remember balance. Sound Bath Therapy is a deeply restorative experience that uses sound frequencies and vibrations to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and gently guide the body back toward homeostasis.

As the sounds move through the body, they help shift the brain out of constant “fight or flight” and into a parasympathetic, rest-and-digest state. At the same time, the vibrations support the balancing of energetic centers, helping them realign, open, and refill with vital energy. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, improved sleep, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of inner calm.

Sound works on a cellular and energetic level, supporting stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and overall vitality. This practice beautifully complements our integrative approach to health—especially for those experiencing chronic stress, fatigue, overwhelm, or a sense of energetic depletion. You don’t need to do anything—just lie down, breathe, and receive.

Please bring your yoga mat, a cozy blanket, and a pillow if you’d like to stay extra comfortable during the session.

Somatic Healing

Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to healing that helps you process stress, trauma, and emotional pain by tuning into the signals your body holds.

While many therapies focus primarily on thoughts, somatic therapy bridges body and mind — working with how trauma and emotions physically live in the body through tension, discomfort, restlessness, or chronic patterns. It’s not just about what you think — it’s about how your body feels and remembers.

Through gentle practices like breathwork, movement, touch awareness, and guided reflection, somatic therapy allows your nervous system to release stored stress and restore a sense of internal safety and ease.

There’s no pressure to talk through everything. This is a slow, respectful practice that gently helps your body release what it’s been holding. You’ll learn how to recognize signals from within, build a relationship with your nervous system, and respond with compassion and skill.

Sound Therapy with Esra

Eight years ago, Esra chose the path of her heart: healing, and the healing power of sound. Since the moment she felt that vibrations have carried healing from the beginning of time, her perspective on sound has completely transformed. Sound is no longer just an experience; for her, it is a cultural bridge, a reminder, a method of healing, and a way of becoming whole.

In Edirne, beneath the domes of the Darüşşifa built by Sultan Bayezid II, and among the stones of the ancient Asklepion of Pergamon, she witnessed the traces of this bridge and offered sound baths in these sacred spaces.

Today, her sound baths are not merely a ritual; they are an invitation to meet in the same frequency, to remember the healing of unity once more. They are an invitation to holistic healing. This means: We are all one.

With the guidance of ancient wisdom, and through the whispers of millennia, Esra welcomes people to the healing of sound.
